Whitman’s War

Whitman’s War is a musical that explores Walt Whitman's experiences in the Civil War, and how those events influenced his greatest poetry. Music and lyrics by Clint Edwards.

The Highline Chamber Ensemble is a conductor-less string ensemble comprised of classically-trained musicians; the group performs in spaces across New York City that include lofts, studios, and bars. Clint performs in and arranges music for the group.
